Pre-Order Policy

Darker Apparel Pre-Order Policy

At Darker Apparel, we offer select products on a pre-order basis to give our community early access to upcoming releases. Please read the following terms before placing your pre-order.


1. How Pre-Orders Work

  • A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it's official launch date.

  • Your payment is processed at checkout to secure your size and guarantee your place in line.

  • Pre-ordered products will be shipped once the required manufacturing minimums are met or immediately upon the official product release date


2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Some items require a MOQ with our manufacturer and if met by pre-orders, your pre-order will be shipped prior to the official release date, giving you early access to unofficially released styles. 

  • If the MOQ is not reached, you can request a full refund for your pre-order if you do not wish to wait. If you wish to wait, your orders will be among the first shipped once the official release date arrives.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery dates are after the official release date or earlier if MOQs are met by pre-orders.

  • These dates are estimates only and may be subject to reasonable delays due to manufacturing or shipping conditions outside our control.

  • Customers will be notified by email if significant changes to delivery timelines occur.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled by contacting us at any time for a full refund. We understand the uncertainty regarding shipping timeframes; thus, we will honour any refund request should you not wish to wait. 

  • If MOQ is not met, or if Darker Apparel cancels the pre-order for any reason, a full refund will be issued automatically.


5. Combining Orders

  • If you order in-stock items together with pre-order items, in-stock and available items will be shipped first and when the pre-order items become available and ready to ship, they will also be shipped. 

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.


6. Updates & Communication

  • Customers will receive email updates regarding production, shipping, and any delays.

  • For additional updates, follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter.


7. Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy along with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
